*Provide timely technical help while students work on their coursework and projects *Conduct regular 1:1 virtual calls with each assigned student. *Work with students to create and maintain their personalized weekly learning plans.

*Develop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications. *Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications. *Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API. *Understanding of MVC design patterns. *User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

*Using SQL to access various banking related databases and running SQL scripts. * Serving 22 different Egyptian banks maintaining their services and transactions. * Conducting periodical tests for our customers to grant the quality of service provided. * Managing all our customers’ databases and its redundancy all the time. * Provide support on complex data-driven end-user web applications for communication program. Definition, execution, and maintenance using server-side scripting engines.

*Provide a technical point of contact for customer incidents. *Diagnose fault-related incidents by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other networks/product utility programs. *Document all troubleshooting and incident management actions via the electronic incident management system in a timely manner. *Perform and own technical management escalations in line with company procedure and case excellence policy.
