Deployed by EJADA as a AI Consultant at the Ministry of Finance’s tech arm (NCGR), leading AI initiatives to modernize national financial systems. Stakeholder Advisor: Bridged NCGR leadership and tech teams, shaping AI strategies for automation and forecasting. Solution Delivery: Scoped and delivered scalable ML and agentic AI systems from government requirements. Team Enablement: Guided internal teams on MLOps, data governance, and cloud deployment.

Pioneered AI solutions to optimize Ministry of Finance’s (National Center for Government Resource Systems) financial spend. • Falcon (National Cashflow): Developed time-series LGBM model to track/predict cashflow across 500+ Saudi national projects, improving fiscal planning accuracy by 6%. • Agentic AI Framework: Deployed / fine-tuned DeepSeek-R1-70B on STC’s cloud. Alongside building an AI agent to orchestrate workflows between ministry apps and cloud. Utilizing the RAGs resulted 19 FTEs elimination.

PS Data Scientist / Dev-OPS responsible for the development of global scalable data driven predictive modeling • Detecta: Built a full science predictive/diagnostic solution (Random Forest / SHAP) based to root cause faults & eliminate scrap and unplanned stops via presenting instant feature importance. • Control tower: Developed a predictive maintenance solution where an LSTM predicts equipment next state • Watch Tower: Developed an XG-boost model to predict delays in sea freight shipments.

• Track-IT: Developed Power BI dashboard to track key metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT) enabling OPS leaders to make real-time decisions. • Spark Flow: Automated daily reporting pipelines using Spark, reducing manual workload for team leads by ~50% and ensuring data consistency across business units.
