-Leading development of mechanical load assessment tool (MLA ) for the Gears and the Bearing regression curves of the Gearboxes fleet for the 3.X platform -Drivetrain torsional analysis for the new drivetrain configurations and evaluating possible torsional excitations -Interface checking between the 3.6/3.8 MW Gearbox and the surrounding components of the drivetrain -Supporting Inspection activities for the gearbox after HALT and extreme load test

The study is dealing about investigation of tooth flank fracture for GE wind turbines gearboxes fleet by creating a technology chart for the installed gearboxes, driving the mechanism of failure and the defining the driving variables and the relation with the factor of safety against this failure. Also setting a comparison between GE internal tool and the Draft standard of ISO 19042 then setting the acceptance limit for the factor of safety.

Teaching assistant in German university in Cairo for the following subjects : 1) Engineering design ( design of gearboxes, bearings, brakes,…) 2) Lab instructor for Autocad,soliworks interface And I was responsible for : 1) Conducting tutorials through the whole semester. 2) Participating in quality assurance committee for accreditation of Mechatronics department from Ministry of higher education.

Military service as a solder at the technical office of vehicles department for Egyptian armed forces and I was responsible for: -Setting the suitable engineering technical specifications for tenders (Trucks, buses, tires, forklifts and batteries) -Deciding best technical offers according to point system -Participated in repower of old used vehicles serving in the armed forces with new engines, gearboxes
