• Technical coordination of Tickets on KPM (Volkswagen online platform) regarding errors appeared while testing SW/HW related to specific ECUs/functions. • Being an interface layer between the creators of the tickets(testers) and the function owners(FO)/component responsible(BTV). • Assigning tickets to the corresponding right person from the technical department for ticket analysis. • Moderating Error-rounds to track the current status of tickets to speed up the process of error analysis aiming for fixing.

• Approving Test cases written from the tester side and providing support to write test cases when needed. • Providing training and support to the tester to test the features through implementation of test cases on test rack/car and approve /discuss documented test results. • Providing preliminary analysis of tickets related to my function, then decide either to assign to the corresponding supplier, asking for more traces, correct the test case or close the ticket.

• Requirement based HIL Testing of the steering ECU on CANoe. • Writing Test cases based on the requirements on Rational Doors • Documenting test results on Rational Doors.
