-Manage and support a team of Engineers (network, Wireless,) who responsible about Providing Data connectivity solutions for customers -Preparing technical proposals, solutions description for various Enterprise customers' services. -Responsible for the Enterprise Service design in the HLD phase. -Responsible for the design of Wi-Fi network (Aruba, Ruckus ) -Designing all solution with different media types (Copper, Fiber & PTP links).

-Ensure day-to-day operations -Maintain regular communications with active team and stakeholders -Maintain a detailed status, activities and issues reports -Manage SLA with client -Monitor and control KPI -Suggest improvement and new ideas enhance SLA -Managing customer’s demands. -Managing team resources. -Helping the team with training and technical advisor. -Ordering stock and completing paperwork.

-Conducting Site Surveys(LOS Verification). -Installing MOTOROLA/Cambium Networks PTP100, 230, 250, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 650 (Integrated/Connectorized). -Installing MOTOROLA/Cambium Networks PMP100. -Troubleshooting Network Failures. -Providing On-Site and Remote Technical Support for Customers.
