 Ensure the continuous availability and performance of the systems assigned and support the customer in optimizing these systems.  Proactively analyses the Incident occurrences, system capacity and performance in order to derive measures to improve these aspects.  Responsible for ensuring the availability and recovery capability of the assigned systems and initiates tests and improvements of these aspects.

Implement the service tasks required to ensure the operation of the services systems within the agreed service levels. Administration of the serviced systems including the diagnosis and resolution of Incidents and the implementation of Changes. Integrated in a multitude of Service Management Processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change Management as well as Capacity, Availability, Continuity Management and others.

 Performing Administrative Tasks - Installation, Configuration, Deployment, Scripting, Troubleshooting of WebSphere Application Server 6.X on Linux Environments.  Responsible for Starting up, Configuring, Administering and Maintaining the J2EE applications as part of the enterprise's computing and networking infrastructure and deploying applications.  Resolved Deployment and network issues for Development team and in Production Environment
