Responsible for equipment, plant, facilities and engineering projects with an engineering staff of 52 on 3 medical product sites employing 600 people and covering 40,000m2 of production area.

Doubled productivity and output with little investment and constant workforce of 220 people over a 3 year period in Slovakia. Learnt new language and won respect of local management. Liaised with UK, Dutch, German, Swiss and Polish customers.

Responsible for the implementation of a range of technical improvement projects and day to day support of production on a 10,000m2 facility employing 200 people. Co-ordinated all safety activities within the factory.
