End to end recruitment process: -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc; -Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media; -Screen candidates resumes and job applications; -Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule; -Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

- Offering support to HR consultants on projects; - CV screening; - Identifying and selecting potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations; - Scheduling candidate interviews; - Participating in both telephone/face to face interviews; - Conducting both telephone/face to face interviews; - Creating the candidate's profile by editing CV-s in specific formats; - Organizing and updating internal databases; - Offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes.
