Master Data Management in SAP HANA: •Create Master Data - Create requested customer Data and change existing data in SAP - Ensuring that all requirements correspond to the BDO customer procedure • Create Load ID - create and change Load IDs-manually and by mass Upload • Pricing Handling and Sales order Reprocessing - Support of the sales team and pricing - Adjustment of the price setting in contracts and update of the affected sales orders.

- Telephone support for the customer how to start and park the scooter - Invoices verification and Manuel refund processing if necessary - Processing of all customer concerns by phone and E-mail.
