- Support and assistance on tasks which were demanded advanced skills in Excel, Access and programming in VBA; - Elaboration of the results for customers satisfaction survey; - Participation in projects of the department: Price Improvement Calculator, Africa Global Expansion and Benchmarking.

- Control of Brazilian Automotive Aftermarket, focusing on automotive batteries; - Management of crossdocking process; - Monitoring and resolution of flaws in the delivery system, warranties and return of damaged batteries; - Calculation of sales commissions to suppliers; - Control the balance of scrap batteries from customers;
