A part time assistant to the administration and psychologists. My roles include organising and preparing events taking place at universities, composing emails to clients and contacts, answering telephones, and welcoming clients into the office. A vital part of this role is upholding the confidentiality and discretion of the clients.

My role involved working with high profile corporate companies and organisations; such as Lloyds Bank, and the National Lottery Awards. My responsibilities included listening to the clients' needs and wants, and utilising this information to organise the photo shoot. Furthermore when working at big events, a large part of the role included inviting people to take part in the photos, and obtaining their details in order to gain information for the captions of the pictures.
