Management of customer projects in the development of Electrical parts up to series production. • Ensure the development, validation, and integration of electrical and electronic parts. • Define test plans ,follow up validation tests with suppliers (DV & PV) and coordinate with experts. • Manage the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) grids of internal R&D projects • Lead meetings with the various actors to ensure the good progress of the project.
3D identification and localization of objects ( Machine Learning & computer vision applied in robotics field) : - Realization & implementation: Planning of the project, Design of objects with Catia and Realization of a final prototype. - Testing the detection model : Developing an interactive objects detection and localization interface with OpenCV and Python.
Automation of an Electrical Antenna Pin Alignment Test system : -Project planification. -schematic and PCB (printed circuit board) design. -soldering electrical components into the board and checking. -Preparation of an electrical panel, -Programming an Arduino board. -process verification and validation of this electrical test project. -Tests validation.
