Have been travelling to Paul Hartmann at regular intervals since November 2018. Now working full time from Heidenheim, Germany from November 2019. In the first three months, I was continuing my work in the support project where I work with the users here in Germany directly. Coordinated with the team in India on priority, issue details, CRs and was also in charge of items that involved multiple teams such as SAP, integration, interface teams etc., within Hartmann itself.

• When I started with the Paul Hartmann project, there were 30+ products given to me, my job for the first study phase was to know everything about them and to document it. • And in the second phase, we entered production support and was put into multiple project groups due to my knowledge in the different applications. Managed the issues, arranged calls, got the details and once the fix was done, was also in charge of testing the finished fix before moving into Production.

Identified Requirements and documented the needs into Project scope documents, understood existing systems functions and understood changes. Documented the URS, SRS and CR(Change Requests) documents for the product. Created multiple wire frames for the product's requirements. Maintained Project Repository by creating User Interface Libraries for the product. Reviewed and assisted in creating User Manual. Was part of the Product management team and the Social Media Marketing team.

Developed and maintained the project work plan and coordinated with all the stakeholders. Maintained tracking and monitored the progress of all our projects and coordinated processes involving fund collection and completion of projects ahead of delivery dates

Worked on User Interface Designs (Both Web, mobile and Windows-based applications), Documented Business Requirements, client management and handled objections for various IT services in our company especially in our top product ‘Insproplus’
