Lead discovery, prioritization and delivery for search and offer comparison, provider integrations, localization and platform operations. Built a scalable onboarding flow for smaller rental providers, with standardized data import, translation and monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, design and stakeholders on accessibility, SEO, analytics and new market launches.

Owned product development for an early-stage B2B coaching platform and a B2C services marketplace. Worked with stakeholders on product vision, discovery and business requirements; translated insights into a roadmap and prioritized backlog. Coordinated design and engineering through development, testing and pre-launch preparation across desktop and mobile web experiences.

Owned the product information management (PIM) platform supporting around 40 international e-commerce shops. Partnered with business stakeholders and a five-developer Scrum team to gather requirements, define user stories and prioritize the backlog. Coordinated releases and dependencies across teams, validated deliveries before launch, and used product KPIs and A/B testing to guide improvements to tools, processes and customer experience.

Worked as a Senior Business Analyst on digital products in healthcare, insurance and recruitment. Elicited requirements with Product Owners and business stakeholders, analyzed existing processes and turned high-level ideas into detailed specifications and user stories. Coordinated architects, developers, QA and UX designers in Scrum teams; maintained backlogs and documentation, facilitated planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives, and supported delivery from discovery through release.

Supported released PC and mobile games through localization, testing and technical troubleshooting. Worked with Lua and XML, coordinated with external partners and helped resolve issues affecting localized game releases.

Gathered requirements, developed and tested FoxPro applications for accounting, personnel records and tax calculations. Maintained several business applications, provided technical and user support, and trained colleagues on their use.
