• Responsible for overseeing the stability of day to day operations & improvement of 30+ applications/Services in production. Leading production Service delivery for operations teams (approx. 35 people/2 vendor teams) located at multiple locations, • Consultancy for understanding business requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolutions. Identify, evaluate & recommend options and further collaboration & facilitation of stakeholder groups, ITIL delivery management, Onsite delivery

• Interacting with Business users, helping to understand the real time business scenarios at the run time and resolving process related queries and Delivering , different business reports on demand from users from back-end database to support business analysis and audit needs • Resolution of critical business issues which includes investigation, fix preparation, change management, engagement of incident management calls, coordination with different business stakeholders and IT teams and communications.

• Managing Team Shift plans, distribution of incoming issues/requests among team members, performance appraisals for associates,• Handling all reporting work related to client service review for team,•Implementation of alerting tool GENEOS and using the alerts to reduce expected issues • Supporting incident management, problem management processes by providing complete investigation outcomes to users/SL3, creating and modifying SQL Queries for reports

• To take ownership of all IT issues related to Credit Risk and Operational Risk applications and resolve them in defined SLA • To complete various System change requests raised by users/third parties/application owners/ITAOs • To ensure that incoming/outgoing feed from/to the applications are working fine, monitoring of jobs, business processes • To raise PMTs (Problem Management Tickets) for self-investigation and fix of re- occurring issues

• Production support Executive responsible for application support and batch feed monitoring via AutoSys and Control-M scheduling tools • To coordinate with DBA/L3 and business teams in case of any down time, failure, optimization activity • To communicate with internal teams (support/development) and business users for understanding data requests and issues, new enhancements in applications. • Analysis of existing processes to advise further improvement in applications
