Airbus taught me the strategy to handle various suppliers, forecast the tools demand, analyse the customer requirements. My role there was to assist my team to create purchase, repair, lease orders, to analyze the root causes of the supplier’s delay, to calculate the supplier's performance and also helped my team in supporting the internal/ external customers.

Defining/coordinating the supply chain for different chemical product life-cycles & strategies for cost control. Planning, developing the forecasting methods and stock management for specific products. Optimising the transportation route/mode & automating the existing processes, etc.
