Products and Customers: Front Sub-frames, Rear Sub-frames, Dead beams, Cross members, Control Arms, Links, Rear Twist Beams, Brake Pedals for Vinfast Cars. Manage the entire CAE activities from planning budget to allocation of resources until complete report delivery to Chassis Team.

Front Sub-frames, Rear Sub-frames, Dead beams, Cross members, Control Arms, Links, Rear Twist Beams in Passengers car for customers like Maruti Suzuki ,Ford, BMW, Land rover, Jaguar, Volvo.

Supporting Engineering Analysis Team in Portland for CAE Durability of their Trucks & Buses Western star, Freightliner.Was deputed to DTNA headquarters at Portland for around 3 years.Have worked on Entire Vehicle Durability, Engine Mounts,Chassis & Aggregates, Cabin & Aggregates, ATS & Exhaust, Bumper Hood and Tow hook.

Strength and Durability for Chassis & Exhaust systems for major Global clients like VW, MAN, VOLVO for trucks and passenger cars.Worked closely with Product design engineers and vehicle testing and component validation department at MAN-VW Latin America and BMB mode centre Brazil engineers in developing Suspension components during the onsite visit for 1 year.

To Support Parent company TKA TALLENT in their Design & Analysis Activities for Chassis components. In charge for new product validation and production validation testing and testing fixture design. Worked closely with Product design engineers at TKA TALLENT U.K. and FORD engineers in developing chassis components during the onsite visit for 2 years for DISI and TRANSIT projects.
