Oversee all aspects of the University's IT services, including internet/intranet, system support, databases, email, video conferencing, and website services. Responsibilities include implementing and supervising these systems, coordinating with vendors and agencies for equipment and connectivity, planning new user services, managing IT staff, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. Additional duties may be assigned by university leadership.

Implement policies and standards for campus networks. Manage secure access to servers and switches, ensuring 24/7 network availability. Responsibilities include planning and designing network infrastructure, monitoring and maintaining network equipment, configuring and managing network devices, and overseeing the work of Network Assistants. Continuously improve network infrastructure to enhance university connectivity.

Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and systems. Manage and supervise IT staff, projects, and budget. Oversee IT systems development, implementation, and maintenance. Provide technical guidance and support while building and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage network devices. Provide technical support, document network information, and perform software and firmware updates. Participate in network capacity planning and optimization.
