• Helped improve EBITDA (~15%) by effective resource utilization, capacity management and process automation. • Enabled cost saving of ~100K GBP by reconciling customer invoices to identify revenue leakage and data issues. • Represented team in Monthly Service Review Meetings to provide performance reports and future targets to external stakeholders. • Analysed cost of inventories, improved processes and achieved cost benefit of 1MN GBP annually by reducing revenue leakage.

• Awarded ‘Associate of the Month’ for proactive analysis of the data issues. • Led a group of three to accomplish the project targets on a GDPR project. • Maintained the ‘risk register’, containing the details of risks related to project deliverables, service level agreements, etc. • Saved five person-day cost weekly by improving business processes by automation technology (Selenium). • Analysed huge data to categorize and gain meaningful/actionable insights.
