    Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz

    Built and operated advanced spintronic thin-film/device characterization platforms integrating cryogenics, superconducting magnets, vacuum systems, low-noise electronics, laser setups, multi-channel wiring, and automated data acquisition. Built, commissioned, and supported PLD and DC/RF sputtering workflows, including RHEED integration, vacuum transfer, oxygen plasma, and 200 mm wafer-capable UHV deposition experience. Fabricated and inspected spintronic microdevices and Hall bars using lithography.

  • 2020 - 2021

    Junior Research Fellow

    Indian Institute of Technology Delhi

    Designed and built a custom cryostat transport insert/rod, integrating wiring, temperature sensing, LabVIEW-based control, calibration routines, and measurement validation to reduce setup-related artifacts. Performed temperature-dependent electrical transport and magnetotransport measurements to evaluate resistivity behavior, magnetic transitions, reproducibility, and device-relevant stability of sputtered thin films.

    Grew Heusler alloy thin films by magnetron sputtering for spintronic/non-volatile memory material studies, optimizing deposition conditions and linking growth parameters to structural, magnetic, and electrical transport behavior. Produced technical reports, presentations, and thesis documentation connecting deposition parameters, structural quality, magnetic response, and electrical transport performance.
