Built, commissioned, and supported PLD and DC/RF sputtering workflows, including RHEED integration, vacuum transfer, oxygen plasma, and 200 mm wafer-capable UHV deposition experience. Fabricated and inspected spintronic microdevices and Hall bars using lithography.

Designed and built a custom cryostat transport insert/rod, integrating wiring, temperature sensing, LabVIEW-based control, calibration routines, and measurement validation to reduce setup-related artifacts. Performed temperature-dependent electrical transport and magnetotransport measurements to evaluate resistivity behavior, magnetic transitions, reproducibility, and device-relevant stability of sputtered thin films.
