Process high-volume invoices, verify approvals, and ensure timely payments. • Perform three-way matching (PO, invoice, and receipt) to prevent discrepancies. • Reconcile vendor accounts, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure accurate records. • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs. • Manage employee expense reports . • Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including accruals and reporting. • Maintain accounts payable aging reports and support cash flow forecasting.
