• Successfully implemented Plateau learning management system for sales training organization, responsible for providing training for sales people, partners and distributors in North America and Europe. • Responsible for managing SuccessFactors talent management modules including Performance Management, Compensation Management, Goal Management, 360 Degree Reviews, Calibration and Stack Ranker as a functional and technical lead to ensure the smooth global rollout and ongoing operations.

• Managed LMS upgrade, service pack implementations and Certification implementation projects. Responsible for creating/maintaining application roadmap working with business and IT teams. Successfully managed project timelines, project progress tracking, resources, enhancements, tracking and release control. • Developed end to end business process documentation for Sales Training Organization to effectively identify the pain points and proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness for the organization.

• Created 200+ complex reports for Education services, Marketing, Customer services, and Finances using Crystal reports/Business Object. Created stored procedures for new periodic notification events/ Named queries/ keywords using PL/SQL for Saba System. As a result of creating those customized notifications for the system, became an expert on the DB structure, tables, and views. - Content Development (SCORM, AICC) experience with LMS integration
