As Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), I led the development department, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within budget to meet business goals. As the company expanded, I focused more on stakeholder and resource management, allowing me to shift towards higher-level business and process management. The development team grew to 60 people, and I continued to lead the project management team while actively contributing to strategic planning and tactical execution within the company’s management team.

Co-founded Attrecto as CTO, leading the development department technically and professionally. I oversaw product and custom software development for clients, from startups to large enterprises, both locally and internationally. I implemented ISO-audit-proof processes covering the entire software lifecycle and led the project management team. Under my leadership, we delivered 200+ projects, with the team growing to 50 members, while contributing to key decisions on expansion and consolidation.

I was a Java Developer and later Project Architect. The SAP Netweaver project goal was to implement a standardised data sharing system in the supply chain.

Embedded software development for mobile phones in C and C++. Participated in the complete SDLC.

Programming dynamic websites with database connection in PHP enhanced with JavaScript.
