• Primarily responsible for the building of new distribution channels, driving business growth via penetration of new markets and the nurturing of key account management. • Built and developed long-standing relationships with key accounts across 10 European countries stretching from Norway to Greece and engaged effectively with key stakeholders up to Board Level. • Played a pivotal role in new application development projects and managed the design & maintenance of sales & application tools.

Managed the provision of application & technical support relating to Surface Mount Technology.  Handled the design of mass production lines according to customer specifications and led all technical support for the Sales Team.  Completed essential market research to identify new markets and business sectors.  Devised and delivered tailored technical training courses for key customers on various topics including AOI, conformal coating materials and coating robots.

 Took ownership for the continuous operation of 15 machines in a mass production automotive process  Designed and developed new production tools including any required purchases to support the launch of new lines.  Acted as person responsible for the dispensing & coating processes within the ABS and ESC Department involving ABS electronics, Electro-hydraulic brake electronics (EHB) and Electronic stability control (ESC) electronics.

Drove the development of the process and technology for the production of wire harnesses involving quality orientated engineering design (FMEA) and production layout planning (LEAN).  Operated within task orientated teams, performed various capacity calculations and developed production boards and instruments.  Handled the ergonomics at the workstation via 5s and provided technical support to production.
