- Involved in full life cycle of End to End IT recruitment, analyzing manpower requirement from handling recruitment activities, creating and implementing various plans/procedures/strategies to achieve numbers - Attending project calls/Meetings with clients to gather and understand the requirements in detail. - Conducting HR interviews and working on the salary negotiation, raising offers of the selected candidates in Offer Approval System and capturing details of the candidate in offer database.

- Involved in collecting the primary data by contacting employees of the organization. - Contacted former employees of the organization, to understand the reasons behind leaving the organization. - Analyzed the data and made a report out of it, to understand various reasons. - Came up with solutions to reduce the attrition rate.
