I created and trained a team of sales managers, organized procedures and connections among structural departments of the company. At present the company is on the list of TOP-10 in the Republic of Belarus. I negotiated on signing a contract for product delivery and getting a status of an official distributer in the Republic of Belarus of the following flooring and accessories producers: CJSC TARKETT Russia, JUTEKS Slovenia, LLC “Focus Wood” Russia, LLC «Karelia UPOFLOOR CIS» Finland, JSC “Decora” Poland

I was studying and brining to life marketing strategies, including networking. Together with various structures and departments was working on development, implementation and activation of a wide selections of services on the territory of Belarus. Was consulting dealers on information possibilities of company`s network resources and on holding special offers in order to fulfill the sales plan and bring in new customers.

Was managing a team of 7 people; controlled handling accounts with foreign corresponding bank; analyzed data of Foreign Economic Activities, inter-bank and foreign settlements. Worked on intrabank and external reporting on currency operations; organized a system of monitoring of changes in law database and government regulations of the Republic of Belarus.

Consulted the stuff of the representative office on Foreign Economic Activities accounting and statistical reporting. Organized workforce and payment tracking; carried out Foreign Economic Activities accounting; prepared tax documentation; implemented the workflow management system

Managed the organization and the development of the correspondents accounts handling system with foreign banks, organized analytical system for evaluation of data on bank`s foreign currency balance. Took part organizing control over currency operations in the branches of the bank; controlled the results of the branches; was responsible for business correspondence with corresponding banks, also prepared documents for leading correspondent banking relationships with chief European banks.

Implemented the system of control and analysis of the results of the bank`s branches; managed credit resources. Coordinated the work of 10 branches, initiated the development of software in order to computerized report preparation on financial results of bank`s operating activities in different branches. Improved report systems in the bank and its balance sheet statements; worked on preparation and projection of economic indicators in bank`s branches.
