Working as a Product Design Engineer, working on Envoi injector pen R&D and it's accessories. Successfully developed pen injector accessory to aid in injection in patients with needle phobia. Conducting R&D testing including NDT and DT on pen injector and other products. Performed tolerance stack analysis and created drawings and developed product in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 11608-1 and ISO 11608-2

Worked on electromechanical systems and automotive connectors, got the opportunity to work with a small group of 3 memebers to handle two global products of Molex - MX150 and MXP120 along with R&D work and product development of receptacle terminal for connTak 50 connectors of AK cavity spec. Performed FEA simulations to understand and redesign certain features of the receptacle terminal and learned and worked under stages 5 and 6 for product testing, development and qualification such as DVT.
