Currently involved in the optimization of β-1,3-glucan (curdlan) production using genetically modified Agrobacterium strains. Responsible for fermentation process optimization, extraction and drying workflows, and downstream process improvement to enhance yield and reproducibility. In parallel, developing a cloning-friendly overexpression plasmid with red–white selection, including molecular cloning, plasmid construction, and bacterial transformation.

Involved in large-scale upstream and downstream processing of Darobactin, a novel antibiotic compound. Responsible for media preparation, microbial fermentation, biomass harvesting, and downstream purification. Performed resin-based purification (Amberlite), flash chromatography, and HPLC-based fractionation and analytical evaluation to isolate and characterize target compounds.

Delivered structured IELTS preparation courses and individualized language coaching. Designed curriculum materials, conducted interactive training sessions, and supported students in achieving measurable performance improvements.

Conducted isolation and molecular characterization of hydrocarbon-tolerant marine bacteria, including DNA extraction, PCR amplification, sequencing, and taxonomic identification using NCBI BLAST analysis. Contributed to data interpretation, documentation, and manuscript preparation for scientific publication.

Interdisciplinary Master’s program focused on applied insect biotechnology, microbial and bioresource research. Emphasis on systematics, ecology, and the exploration of insects and associated microorganisms as sources of bioactive compounds, enzymes, and industrially relevant natural products. Strong research orientation with practical laboratory training and collaborative projects across biology and applied sciences.

Two-year Master’s program in Integrative Biology with focus on genetics, molecular biology, physiology, evolutionary biology, and microbial biology. Strong emphasis on research methodology, experimental design, and extensive laboratory training across multiple biological disciplines.
