-Mentoring the team through different projects to meet the required benchmarks and achieve optimal results. -Providing overall project management and technical definition regarding design, material selection, cost control & scheduling. -Coordinating with other departments such as acquisition, sales and production to ensure that all areas are working together effectively and that the projects run smoothly and meet deadlines.

-Electrical load calculation and drawing up schematics and electrical wiring schemes as per the client's needs. -Creation of bill of materials, phases of production, & calculating cost of various production cycles. -Drawing up technical documentation such as user manuals, pressure & electrical test documents, nonconformity reports, and declaration of conformity respecting different norms such as CE, PED, UL/CSA, ATEX, IECEx, MOCA, RoHS. -Liaising between design, production, and quality control teams.

- Handle the drawing, design, and assembly of various heating products using software like Creo, Inventor & AutoCAD. - Using various features such as part creation, assembly, modeling, and reproduction of drawing views using the above-mentioned software. - Utilized CAD systems to increase efficiency in the technical department by creating whole family tables of the products utilized within the firm. - Perform technical tests to validate the design and construction specifications of the product.

To understand various functions in the organization related to different departments i.e. Production planning & Control, Design, Assembly and Fabrication. I underwent a one month internship and came up with a technical report on their “Textile Machinery” after having a close look at their machines and having one-on-ones with few of the engineers discussing the nitty-gritty of the machinery.
