Being Faurecia's process team leader,me and my team, we are in charge to Lead and Contribute in QCD indicators optimization by implementing the necessary industrial solutions and technologies, offering high technical support for different departements and assiting in different kind of activities and workshops aiming to guarantee customers satisfaction in terms of Quality and On-Time-Delivery, all with achieving the maximum efficiency in terms of manufacturing cost and direct labor efficiency.

As maintenance and technical purchasing engineer, my mission was to assist in maintaining the site's equipment always available and ready to produce the demanded quantity and quality. For that, my call was to follow different maintenance indicators, to highlight major problems and risks, to provide the best analysis and to suggest solutions and improvement. In the other hand I was in charge to provided the needed equipment, tools and spare parts in time and to guarantee best prices,quality and lead time.
