From Germany, led a diverse team across 4 time zones, overseeing partnerships with 3 Yemeni organizations. Collaborated with global management to devise and execute project strategies. Achieved all goals, including product creation, capacity building, research, and fellowships. Ensured compliance with donor's financial regulations and reporting requirements. Arranged an international workshop in Amman for stakeholders and contributed in the closing ceremony in Washington DC.

Provided technical support (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene need assessment, design of structures and interventions, and tendering process). Designed a sustainable solid waste management model designed a sustainable solid waste management model. Managed the grant of the project and Yemeni partner (YAQHSD).Designed capacity development training design and guided short-term experts . Actively participated in project reporting to stakeholders and GIZ(Donor). Conducted a quality assurance visit to Yemen.

I developed a 3-year strategy and led annual planning for War Child UK in Yemen. I provided strategic leadership for programs in FSL, Child Protection, and Education, managing a budget of approximately $4 million. Spearheading fundraising efforts, I identified new donors and organized project kickstart events. Responsible for program implementation, I ensured adherence to financial policies, monitored activities, and conducted due diligence for local partners. Acted up as country director when in leave.

I supported in design of of WASH assessments, drafting assessment reports, and activities design, and proposal writing. I ensured the quality and the completion of donors reporting. I conducted on the job trainings for the program managers and staff in field offices. Assisted in developing monitoring systems and ensured timely document delivery. I validated infrastructure. solar pumping units ..etc designs.

Managed a $2 million portfolio, ensuring compliance with multiple donors' requirements. Managed 15 staff (Civil Engineers, Water quality Technician, and Hygiene promoters). Initiated departmental work in a newly established base in Yemen and actively participated in coordination mechanisms in the southern region. Led interventions design and WaSH project proposal writing.
