Developing an open-source platform to “filter” products, the filtershop. Initiating a public registry of Research Laboratories linked using a Knowledge Graph. Initiating the Collective of Video Game Artisans, a reunion of small indie developers for better representation, with a page written in HUGO and an automatic creation of artisan’s page from the Steam API. Developed a JSON visualizer, ported and recreated some old programs in Javascript.

Working as the main technical person at HITS in the LiSyM and LiSyM Cancer projects. Conception and implementation of extensions and adaptations for Seek, the open-source science data sharing application of the FAIRDOM consortium. Installed 5 and administered 10 Web-applications on 5 physical servers, with incremental backups. Proposed, implemented and documented the migration of 10 applications from Virtual Box to Docker Compose. Did the full set-up of a central identity management through API.

Rewrote the persons and services-related backend infrastucture. All applications have been redesigned and implemented in closed relation with the users. Configured the server, deployed the applications and maintained them. Rewrote the most important web-applications as RIA using Vaadin. Maintained and refactored around 20 legacy applications. Rewrote the login system to support SSO, with DB-based access level. Wrote a thread monitor allowing to fix all deadlocks and race conditions .
