My current position is to lead the CoE-reporting organization (overseas group based in Bangalore-India). The CoE-reporting is a centralized expertise, best practice and know how group on financial and non financial reporting activities. The objective is to manage all recurring reporting activities for the groups and business units in order to allow them to focus on adding value to the shareholders.

Manager Financial Planning & Analysis for the Global Extrusion and End Products business group reporting to the CFO of the group ($3Billions turnover) which was composed of the following businesses: Europe Extrusions, North America Extrusions, Alcoa Home Exteriors, Buildings & Constructions Systems and Cold Finished Products.

Manager Financial Planning & Analysis for Alcoa Europe reporting to the European Controller ($3 billions turnover) which was composed of four business units as follows; Europe Primary, Europe Flat rolled Products, Europe Extrusions and Europe Buildings & Constructions Systems

Fully responsible for all financials of the CRM Division which is composed of the Order Management, Customer Services, Information Technology and Customer Culture departments. This division represents about 300 employees, $50M expenses and $50M of investment.

Support the finance Vice President of the commercial division on all financials aspect

Fully responsible for managing the financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the ACE (Amoco Chemical Europe) Polymer business unit

Provide financial support to the European PC division

Provide financial leadership to the South Personal Computer Division territory which is composed of the Africa, Middle-East, South Africa, Greece/Cyprus, Israel and turkey countries

Responsible for developing and implementing the Hyperion system supporting all aspects of management reporting of the Personal Computer division activities across Europe

Consolidation coordinator, responsible for implementing and managing the monthly / quarterly an yearly actual results consolidation of some 70 legal offices and the submission of the results to the Corporation. In this role also responsible to co-ordinate the European forecast / budget processes.

Designed and implementatation of a new European financial consolidation and reporting system to collect / consolidate Actuals results from the subsidiaries. This new system was developed based on a software package (Micro Control) which runs on PC machine.

• Managed the consolidation process and system to allow for the integration of the newly acquired Philips and other companies into the Digital Business models. • In charged of the currency exposure process. Collection of currency forecast from the subsidiaries to calculate the exposure per European currency to hedge the future results from the exchange rates fluctuation. Analysis of variances and submission to the Corporation on a monthly basis.
