I work independently, but in close co-operation with the board responsible for the commercial strategy, the communication manager, the business units (spread over a number of sites in Belgium) and external partners. I am responsible for providing objective information about the market in which Sirris operates, by consolidating the information that is already available, creating a manageable database and analysing data. I also follow-up on the results of marketing campaigns & steer setting up the CRM system.

Develop Brand awareness, customer retention program, Product oriented marketing campaign, web & events communication, business development.

Focus on the external enviroment of the company (Market intelligence) as on the "internal" side (Business Intelligence) to follow up KPI's. The objective is to improve market knowledge, find new potential, support the sales forces with no- nonsense marketing activities and develop the business.
