Alan Chambless

As the Vice President of Customer Success at Reputation, Alan Chambless launched an effective campaign which would improve business processes, fulfillment and overall focus on providing the complete customer service experience. Under the direction of Alan Chambless, Reputation has met and surpassed the department’s initial goals of increasing revenue. Alan Chambless has taken the department to new level of focus, commitment and desire to deliver the best service in the industry.

In his position as Sales and Customer Service Call Center Manager for Intuit, Alan Chambless strategically directed all aspects of telephone generated sales, Customer Support as well as the Professional Services Operations Center of the organization. Alan Chambless was responsible for managing the departments 250+ employees. Ultimately during his time managing the Sales and Customer Service Call Centers, his departments successfully generated over $2 million in monthly revenue.

In 1887 the California Legislature approved the creation of the Northern Branch of the State Normal School for the purpose of training and educating teachers.
