* Provided L1 & L2 technical support in a SaaS + Hardware company focused on hotel tech. * Troubleshot primarily Wi-Fi and VoIP issues on Android devices. * Assisted customers with more complex technical issues on their Wireless Networks and IP-PBX by analyzing .pcap captures, tablet logs, and SIP traces. * Maintained and configured Meraki APs in the office. * Solved 100% of VoIP and Wi-Fi tickets without needing to escalate to the engineering team.

* Assistant in charge of the practical modules of the Electronic Measurements II subject, belonging to the last year of the Electronic Engineering course. * Helped students to have a better understanding of how to use the equipment and to measure accurately. * Developed different tasks to apply all the theoretical knowledge through measuring instruments such as Spectrum Analyzer and Oscilloscope.

* Developed a telemetry system through Arduino meant to be implemented in the rigs to measure the length of the pipe inside the oil well. Hardware used: Arduino NANO, Hall effect sensor, nRF24L01 module. * Generated and analyzed the KPIs of the operation team. * Trained colleagues who wanted to achieve the Well Control certification.

* Provided L1 & L2 technical support at a leading VoIP company in Brazil that offered its own SoftSwitch Class IV and IP-PBX solutions. * Installed & configured both systems in Linux and Windows Server environments. * Manipulated via MySQL and SQL the databases when certain modifications were required.
