Involved reviewing customers applications for life annuity products for Prudential Bank, analysing transfer of asset paperwork, outbound calling resigning custodians to confirm product market types, remitting checks, coding remittances for tax purposes and quality controlling other processors remittances. Involved managing a sales team of 15 people to sell for 14 horse racing courses across the UK. These include Aintree and Cheltenham.
