Designed and sold electronic security systems to businesses, educational and research institutions and the public sector. In 2007, secured the company's largest single order to date. Created new sources of business for the company, including local government organisations. Particular responsibility for preparation and submission of tenders for larger contracts.

Managed a team that provided contract maintenance services for vital support equipment (e.g. ACs, UPS, access control, fire detection and suppression) in the server rooms of oil companies. Subsequently won the first orders for the supply and installation of these high-value products. Restored the division to profit in the first 12 months.

Consultancy on electronic security to product manufacturers, systems integrators and end-users, with particular emphasis on video surveillance. Services for manufacturers included market assessments, advice on product designs and the creation of product manuals. On-site commissioning, fault-finding and re-commissioning for security systems integrators. For end-users, carried out premises security audits and provided detailed technical reports on non-functioning systems for dispute resolution.
