Responsible for all aspects of Finance for North America. Spearheaded negotiation of a $31M loan package. Led efforts to financially restructure Camshafts business in partnership with all stakeholders. Implemented ERP system in distribution business reducing inventory from 120 days to 60 days saving $3m. Consolidated and renegotiated North American insurance policies saving 20%. Planned transition and integration of finance and IT resources in acquisition of NVH Technologies Inc.

Responsible for operational finance activities for Brake & Chassis Group, an Aftermarket business for up to 7 plants. Transferred internally to Group Controller-Bearings & Camshafts Group, an OE business, responsible for up to 10 Plants. Assisted in the divestiture process of the Camshafts business. Effectively presented critical data and analysis regarding internal proposal for $6M investment. Generated buy-in from senior management to re-implement SAP and mapping to Hyperion.

Initially joined T&N. Subsequently T&N was acquired by Federal Mogul. Co-ordinated accounting and global reporting for up to 5 product groups and 50 plants, nearly $2bn in revenue. Responsibilities included co-ordination of planning, forecasting and monthend results. Handled all aspects of acquisition accounting. Spearheaded conversion from FDC to Hyperion consolidation system. Ensured implementation and enforcement of new policies and procedures.

Performed external audits at a variety of companies in Europe plus internal audit for Ford dealership in Germany. Positions ranged from Audit Junior to Audit Supervisor. Gained a Regional Prize (3rd in the West Midlands, UK) in the ACA exams.
