Responsible for Premo Group in China for global sourcing initiatives.

Head of Global Sourcing organizations for Efore Group, managing the Global Sourcing based at China, USA, Finland and Estonia offices, globally managing Euro 60M spend for 3 Efore plants as well as a number of EMS suppliers. Fully responsibility for total cost of ownership reductions including preferred suppliers design in, year over year cost reduction, supply base optimization, supply chain flexibility improvement, cash to cash cycle improvement and long term relationship development.

Head of Far East IPO for TT electronics group, based at Suzhou to manage the IPO offices at China (Suzhou and Shenzhen), India and Malaysia, providing low cost country sourcing services to more than 20 manufacturing plants located at the UK, Germany, Austria, USA, Mexico, India and China, for sectors like automotive, telecom, industrial and defense, managing Asia spend more than $100M. Also support the establishment of the 5 China manufacturing plants for different Business Units.

Managing the strategic sourcing for the China EMS plant within TT electronics group, also support the EMS division expansion from China to India and Mexico. Managing EMS plant purchase spend more than RMB250M per annual.

Startup memeber of the EMS plant at China, to setup the sourcing function from one single employee (me) to a sizeable team of more than 15, managing annual purchase spend RMB150M and established well controlled supply base.
