Served as Company Commander at the Communications and Information Systems Company in charge of 60+ personnel. Primary responsibilities included planning, managing, and overseeing the execution of all unit activities while ensuring business continuity of the organization's information systems and services as per the organization's needs and mission.

In this role, I served as Executive Officer, at the Communications and Information Systems Company. Primary responsibilities included managing operations and support functions in support of the platoons and the Commander of the unit.

In this role, I served as Chief of the Communications and Information Technology Department (G6). Main responsibilities included running the department’s planning process and aiding/ advising the Commander and the Chief of Staff on all communications, information systems, and technology-related activities

As the Information Security Operations Officer, I served as one of the key officers in planning and managing cybersecurity-related activities. While in this position, I was appointed team leader for the newly established Computer and Emergency Response Team (CERT) of the Kosovo Security Force.

While in this role I served as the Military Assistant/ Aid Aide-De-Camp for the Rapid Reaction Brigade Commander. Main responsibilities were to ensure that at all times, the Commander’s Cabinet and himself was up to date with plans and activities. While coordinating efforts with the Chief of Staff and other Staff Officers in the Brigade Headquarters. Additionally, other tasks were related to coordinating administrative tasks and activities for the Commanders Cabinet.

Led an infantry platoon of 30+ soldiers. Coordinated and led platoon activities from daily schedules and routine tasks to planning and execution of operations. This role involved a lot of leadership and management activities in order to ensure that the platoon’s mission was successfully achieved; whilst balancing battalion and company objectives and accordingly matching tasks to the right teams

I have managed and led a team of 5, managing operations and activities related to communication and information systems. I have supported and managed planning and execution activities of operations and training for the brigade and subordinate units. I also served as deputy head of the G6 department.

In this role, I performed technical support tasks individually and as part of a team. All tasks were network-related from installation, and configuration to more advanced tasks during troubleshooting.
