New Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) public controls campaign in Aosta Valley.

I managed and provided the Energy Performance Certificate (EPCs) public controls in Aosta Valley (North-West of Italy), after having developed the method. Once verified how EPCs assessors collect data and evaluate them by a software called Beauclimat, the time needed, the most frequent problems and the most common mistakes, I established timelines and dues for assessors and a list of mandatory documents to verify the EPCs. I discussed the method with professional representatives and public administrators.

I analyzed the perspectives of district heating, mini and micro-cogeneration in Aosta Valley. I contacted all fuel distributors and created maps of LPG tanks, to relate the lack between energy production and energy efficiency area by area. I started to improve maps about thermal plants, and about available areas to put in district heating plants plus cogeneration plants.

I designed building heating systems and thermal insulation. I provided building energy performance certificates (EPCs) and assessments. I calculated building passive acoustic requirements. I evaluated the energy performance assessment of an archaeological museum, with different sectors having different climatic needs. I found three regulation layouts to compare by an energy point of view.

Heating systems based on renewables: customer advice and supplier management. Warehouse. I simplified and made faster the yard safety plan writing, mandatory for health and safety protection of workers. I created four yard safety plan templates, to use them with few modifications, with good reduction of time to produce one, really important to give fast a copy to public administrators and work safety inspectors.

I supervised thermal plants maintenance and conducted boiler combustion analysis. I managed consumption metering and heating systems remote control. I evaluated the efficiency of a district heating plant, connected to a 4 star hotel and 5 holiday tower flat buildings, with high fuel consumption and customers unsatisfied. I created an Excel tool to evaluate the consumption, processing the disposable data. reporting time by time where the consumption and the possible consequences.
