I am currently working in the international Spirit Project (based in Geneva) for Bacardi. I started as MM direct materials team lead and then I moved in ITF/WM area as EMCS (Excise Movement Control System) team lead. The project has in scope the SAP implementation for 5 countries (Italy, Spain, France, UK and Portugal)

SAP Life Science Ecosystem Co-Lead in Accenture DACH, I worked in several complex large scale transformation projects. Main focused on LS industries with experience on luxury, consumer goods, chemicals customers. I have been SC/Logistic/QA team lead in parallel rollouts in different countries + test/cutover manager. I worked in several complex and international projects, especially related to supply chain implementation and luxury products , consumer goods and chemicals. I worked in material management area , warehouses and transportation. I have been team lead in parallel rollouts in different countries and test/cutover manager. Location: in Italy, China, Switzerland, Spain, Finland, Hungary, France, Germany. I've attended prestigious supply chain and project management courses in USA, UK , Spain and Italy.

Implementation of SAP AFS for the Italian main Warehouses and the Chinese main Warehouse/Productive Plan. I optimized important processes (inbound/internal movements/put away and picking) inside the warehouses in scope for the project (Samples, Spare parts and Advertising). Beside, for the WM area, I organized and taught the users about SAP functionalities. I followed the Post Go-Live activities in all the in scope warehouses. also acquired a significant experience in transportation/shipment area.

SAP implementation project. I worked in the MM module, especially with the role of data integrator for the stream T&P (Technical and Production) coordinating several activities among the business, LGO, LDO and GCE: Data Mapping, Data Collection, Data Conversion and Data Quality. Besides I got used with some SAP modules: WM, QM, SD, PP and MM in general. I followed all the project phases and the implementatin for all the Nestlé Businesses except Purina.

SAP Banking Proeject implementation with in scope: -Global reorganization project to introduce a new operating model; -SAP (BW) Business Warehouse / (BA) Bank Analyzer project for Creating/Updating Bank financial statements according to IAS (International Accounting Standards). I worked as functional Analyst for evaluating some particular Financial Products and responsible for their testing phases and development.
