I was working with University of Western Australia AIESEC Committee and Students of Murdoch University for establishing a new AIESEC Committee at Murdoch University.

Supporting the Local Committee President for the External Relationship with the stakeholders.

AIESEC is a worldwide student organization composed primarily of economics and business students from more than 85 countries. Elected to lead and coordinate the local branch: finance, projects, human resources, and external relations. Maintained and developed partnerships and relationships with stakeholders (head office, universities, companies, public agencies and other regional and international branches).

Responsible for projects involving University of Bologna and stakeholders like Big4 companies and other local and international companies. Taking part to the project from 90 to 250 students.

I studied Spanish language, divided into full intensive courses of grammar, communication and audio visive classes. I pass the final exam, which was at Level B2, within the international range A-->C.

I studied French courses, divided into full intensive courses, grammar and writing seminars. I attended the international recognized level B2 from a range A-->C.

I worked on the motivational theories and how these companies structure concretely these theories inside their organizations. After that I also tested the application of these theories on the company staff.

During the year I spent at the "University of Applied Science - Worms am Rhein" I passed with the highest marks my exams of Controlling, Marketing and Business Strategies and I also certified my German at the "Goethe Institut" of Mannheim.
