Koordinieren der Produktion von Liquid Flavors, Spray Dried Flavors, Spray-On Aromen, multi-konzentriertes Orangenöl (Flüssig-Flüssig-Extraktion) und Extraktions- und Reaktionserzeugten Aromen. Kapazitätsmanagement, Steuerung und Verbesserung der Produktionseffizienz. Hauptbeiträge: Wachstum in der sprühgetrockneten Produktion in einem 4-monatigen Zeitraum; Verdopplung der Produktionskapazität durch Prozessanalyse und -Verbesserung ohne Investitionen in Infrastruktur;

Koordinieren der Milchpulverproduktion, vom Milcheingang bis zum Endprodukt im Paket-Bereich. TPM-Koordinator der Pilot-Linie und verantwortlich für die Ausbildung aller neuen Mitarbeiter in den TPM-Richtlinien. Hauptbeiträge: Führen der Produktion während der Modernisierung und Automatisierung der Milchpulver-Produktionslinien; Durchführung eines Six-Sigma White-Belt-Projekts, um die Empfangszeit der Milche zu verringern.
