Its success story serving 500 fortune companies in the healthcare and finance world, and today's data-workload pressures coming from the mailing industry required a technological evolution. I've led GHS technological transformation. GHS technological transformation included product consolidation, new tech product architecture, data migrations to the cloud, and a tech workforce revamp that could support the initiatives.

Created and managed of remote tech force (US, Europe, Mexico). Structured the tech towards high productivity, and scalability. Organised independent and cross-functional team units lead by TPMs using Agile methodologies and Holacracy. Coached and mentored TPMs and SCRUM master. Supervised and followed up with every start-up and project weekly. Supported Business leaders in different verticals: Agriculture, Healthcare, food delivery, social media, Reported to CEO/lead link of the corporation

This platform was build by NEC, OpenWave, TID and Betybyte. • Design and development of the multimedia management component, users management component and integration with the other companies' developments. • Tecnologies: Ruby on Rails 2.2, HTML 4.0, CSS2.0, javascript, prototype, script.aculo.us, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SOAP, ImageMagick, mongrel, Apache, memcached and JMeter.

• Creation of a e-learning platform, with modular architecture and Ruby on Rails. • Core with users and courses management and modules: surveys, forums, meetings and video lecture. • Technologies: Ruby on Rails 1.2, JavaScript, Mongrel, MySQL, XHTML, CSS 2.0, SOAP, metodologías ágiles y AJAX.
