Head of Middle Range Vehicle Project with responsibility for the development and running of a Manufacturing, Product and Process Engineering departments to oversee all new Renault CAPTUR program. This department determines Manufacturing strategy, plans, implementation, and has responsibility through until commissioning and launch of all new facilities in Renault Plant.

As manufacturing manager, I’m in charge of all the operations in terms of quality, costs, maintenance and production. Obtaining the process performance, team’s motivation, resolution of day-by-day problems and proposing with creativity and innovation new solutions. The painting shop has a high automatic ratio (PLC and robots). I’m member of the director’s committee bord.

In charge of “low cost range vehicles”, having under my responsibility a team of manufacturing project managers and their vehicle’s projects. Responsible of manufacturing automobile operations, responsibility for product and process design performance, planning and control issues involving capacity and quality and project organization. From the product conception to the first launched vehicles in the plant, and working with engineering, logistic, purchasing, quality, marketing, etc.

Vehicle Manufacturing Project Manager « Mégane 2 » – Iran In charge of all the vehicle development to industrialization. I’d started with a second industrialization (Iran). After that, I had the responsibility of a first industrialization of a new vehicle on standard and electric versions (Turkey).

Painting Engineering Manager / Painting Project Manager – Clio 3 In charge of local painting shop engineering. My main job was to improve the reliability of equipments and to adapt the process to product evolutions. I worked as advanced engineering (in relation with French engineering in Paris) and supporting production and maintenance departments.

Responsible to launch 3 new vehicles in Spain. Define, with my team, the process to assure the project and plant targets: respecting the schedule, investments and manufacturing feasibility. We’d deployed the simultaneous engineering (product/process), on the beginning with our own designers (France) and on the second part of the project with suppliers (Italy bureau). On the other hand, all the process was made together with our partner in Japan (usually we made it with European process suppliers).

Body in White Engineering Manager / Body in White Project Manager – Scénic 1 and Clio 2 I’d participated to the Brazilian plant launching from the beginning to the first vehicle produced. As the first employees and in charge of body shop engineering department, I’d the opportunity to hire my team and contribute to the plant organization in terms of procedures, functioning, master lay-out and process flow.

Automotive Air-conditioning System – Process Department In charge of 2 machining lines of air-conditioning compressor, in which I had a global manufacturing process responsibility. Definition through calculation; the elements need to use to reach the best thermodynamic performance. This information is basic for the designers to adapt each air-conditioning element to the customer’s requirements.
