As previous CEO of Banda Ancha I have been participating/consulting in several projects of Alo/Banda Ancha. The most significant were - RFP for a new wireless platform - BU plan for the imp,ementation of a Spanish wide wireless service. - VoIp wireless service

Responsible for setting up and growing this wireless national operator company, with commitment to deploy the infrastructure and launch new services in accordance with a timetable dictated by government rules, backed by financial guarantees

Project director of the Amena Retevision Movil in the Ericsson organization with direct responsibility of implementation and planning team., I re-structured the organization into 5 regional offices, and re-engineered processes and systems to improve efficiency. Planned and achieved the cost reduction while improving product delivery and service responsiveness.

Different responsibility roles. Started as Director of Operation for the Siemens worldwide network. The last responsibility was working in the Mobile Network division as responsible for the planning and management for the deployment of the third mobile operator. Total business volume 300 M Euros. Total personnel 580 direct reports and 2000 subcontractors (at peak time).

As director of engineering solutions in Atlas (later Global One), I was responsible for all customer bids. In addition I managed two major global outsourcing projects, Dunsnet and Bull Europe.

Responsible for the management of the engineering group in charge of planning and integrating element s in the network system. I was one of the first employees of the company and me and my team have worked very hard to make the company becoming such a strong reality as is today.
