In charge of establishing the company as a prominent Industrial Real Estate brokerage firm. Direct handling of client portfolio and attraction of new clients looking to start manufacturing/service-prviding operations in Mexico. Negotiating with and on behalf of clients with local governments or suppliers, in order for them to successfully start operations in Mexico. Responsible for the day-to-day management of MxLanding and its personnel.

I had four main responsibilities, along with everyday Public-Affairs and International-Relations tasks: • Foreign Direct Investment attraction through all Commercial Affairs. • In charge of negotiations with private international companies and public entities. • Representation of WTC and often Mexico in International events. • Organization and logistics of international events such as the visits of important public figures and diplomats.

My main role was the representation of the State Government and Foreign Direct Investment attraction. I accomplished that goal through: • Advocating for investment and participation of national, international and trans-national companies in the state of San Luis Potosí. • Direct engagement with business executives and diplomats. • Participation in international events related to Industrial Commercial Affairs or Supply Chain/Logistics matters.

Assisting in the application of Black-Belt Lean Six Sigma tools in three different departments. Accomplished substantial savings through the implementation and supervision of different manufacturing processes in the company

Contact person with the Committee's members and Business Councils, as well as International Economic Organizations. Management of events such as the visit of the Indonesian Ambassador in Mexico.
