Remote work for Client Citi from the US. Working with Big Data Team on data engineering and data science projects, also assisting business users and data science with their needs. Developing new tools, and improving existing tools that manage data. Main tools used: Hadoop, SQL, Arcadia Data, Python, and Linux.

My role was a mix of a DataOps and Data Engineering type. The company has many clients from different industries, the ones I got involved were Communications and Mining. The responsabilites included: developing and mantaining data pipelines based on cloud infrastracture, creating automatization scripts, automatic testing and deployment of data focused applications for internal use in these companies.

I was a business Intelligence Analyst for a Consulting company in Chile. The role involved data analytics, reporting and data warehousing projects. I was a specialist with the software TIBCO Spotfire, databases and coding ETL pipelines for our clients. The main tools used for this tasks were Tibco Spotfire, Microsoft SQL, Excel, Microsoft Power BI and Cloudera. The position also required coing in R and Python.
